Payment terms

All orders are 100% payable on purchase. 

Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders (with the exception of the Nude Calendar).

Our team will send you a notification with the estimated delivery date of your order, but Alvéole is not responsible for shipping delays.

Due to the custom nature of the product, returns or exchanges are not possible. If an item of the order is damaged during shipping, is incorrect or not present, you must contact at production@alveole.buzz upon receiving the package to discuss a refund or exchange. The limit on returns is 30 days.
